– Principle of storage limitation: personal data will only be kept in a form that permits identification of the User for the time necessary for the purposes of the processing.

– Principle of integrity and confidentiality: personal data will be processed in a way that ensures their security and confidentiality.

– Principle of proactive responsibility: the Data Controller will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the above principles.

· Categories of personal data

The categories of data processed on Weams Sports Agency include only identifying data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data processed within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.

· Legal basis for processing personal data

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Weams Sports Agency undertakes to obtain the User’s express and verifiable consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it. As a general rule, withdrawing consent will not affect the use of the Website.

In accordance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, only those over 14 years old may give valid consent for the lawful processing of their personal data by Weams Sports Agency. If the User is under 14 years old, parental or guardian consent will be required, and processing will only be lawful to the extent that such authorization has been granted.

However, since Weams Sports Agency cannot guarantee the invulnerability of the internet nor the total absence of hackers or those who fraudulently access personal data, the Data Controller undertakes to notify the User without undue delay of any personal data security breach likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. · Rights derived from the processing of personal data

The User has the following rights, as recognized in the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December:

– Right of access: The User has the right to obtain confirmation of whether Weams Sports Agency is processing their personal data or not, and if so, to obtain information about their specific data and the processing that has been or is being carried out, including information about the origin of the data and the recipients of any disclosures made or planned.

When technically possible, the Data Controller will directly transmit the data to the other controller.
